Return Policy

CUSTOMER RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cuff & Co doesn't send out return labels.
2. We only accept returns within 7 days from when you received the item.
3. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Tags must still be attached and shirts in their original packaging. Opened shirts cannot be returned.
4. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
5. If you were entitled to free shipping, that will be deducted as well.
6. Orders returned as undeliverable by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, will be charged an additional shipping fee to reship to the corrected address. .

Please note: Sale items and special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returned items that do not adhere to the above terms and conditions will either be accepted with a 50% restocking fee or donated to charity.
